Gaming tables and arenas are delivered by DHL Express Worldwide.

Smaller items are generally sent by Royal Mail with enhanced services (such as tracking) where needed.

Your order will be delivered to the address specified in the order, unless otherwise agreed with us in writing prior to despatch.

Local Delivery

If you’re local to our studio, it’s usually easier for us and therefore cheaper for you if we deliver your stadium personally. We can offer specific delivery times too.

Courier – UK wide

DHL are our trusted shipping company for UK stadium orders. The price shown is a total including the cost of packaging.

  • You can choose a weekday when you want to receive your order.
  • You must be available between 8:30am and 6pm on your chosen day.
  • Morning, afternoon or weekend deliveries can be arranged for an extra cost.
  • All stadiums and are sent covered against damage and loss and we handle all claims on your behalf.
  • You may also arrange your own courier to collect your order. Please contact us for details.

UK orders will normally be delivered within 10 working days of acceptance of order with the exception of bespoke or made-to-order items, such as stadiums, which may take 3-6 weeks depending on your requirements and the time of year. Please refer to product descriptions for the expected delivery times of specific items. We will confirm estimated production times and delivery date upon acceptance of your order.


EU and International orders will normally be delivered within 20 working days of acceptance of order, with the same exceptions as above for bespoke or made-to-order items. We will confirm estimated production times and delivery date upon acceptance of your order. Where prices are not shown, please enquire for availability and shipping quote.


As part of the shipping process, we will produce the required documentation for customs clearance, specific to your country. Please note that it is your responsibility to pay any customs import duties, taxes or other charges imposed in your country, when receiving the goods. We cannot calculate these and they are not included in the product price or shipping charges. Please refer to your country’s customs office to determine any additional costs.


For delivery services where a particular time / date has been agreed, please make the necessary arrangements to be present to take delivery. Should you miss the delivery, it will be your responsibility to pay for any extra delivery costs or penalties charged by the delivery company. Where this payment is taken from us, we will invoice you for the same amount. Payment shall be due on receipt of invoice.

Where we agree to meet a specific delivery date, and where this date cannot be met, you will be notified and given the option to agree a new delivery date or receive a full refund.

While we make all reasonable endeavours to meet any agreed date for delivery, sometimes delays are caused by situations outwith our control. We will not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses you or any third parties incur from failure to meet an estimated delivery date.


Upon delivery of your order, Title and risk in the products will pass to you.

If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly.

If you arrange your own courier to delivery your order, risk passes to you when the carrier takes possession of the goods. The cancellation period also begins on collection.
